What Is Your Processing Time?

As a small handmade business, I design, prepare, create, and hand package all of my products just for you! This requires time, and I want to get it right. Please note that our current turnaround time has been pushed to 3-5 business days as I am on partial maternity leave and will only be in the studio select days until further notice. I appreciate your understanding and patience during this exciting time!

Can I Change My Address After My Order Has Been Placed?

Please contact us immediately and use the subject title "Urgent - Address Change For Order #" and we'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

I Have A Tracking Number, But My Order Shows No Movement. When Will I Get It?

Don't be worried if your tracking number says that it has no information yet- it can take at least 48 hours to activate on the carrier's end. Due to a high volume of orders, shipping carriers may take even longer to activate the tracking information and unfortunately we have no control over this part of the process.

When it is activated, just click the number to track your package’s progress.

Once your order is shipped, you may experience delivery delays. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience and support. If you want more specific information once your order has left our door, please contact the carrier directly.

Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes For A Single Order?

Our system only allows one code per order.  Most of our codes do not expire, so hang on to the other one for a future purchase. We cannot apply a code after a purchase is made. Sales tax and shipping charges do not qualify for discounts.

My Order Arrived Damaged, Incorrect, Or Was Missing A Product. What Do I Do?

Oh, no! Sorry to hear that. We take great care in making sure your order gets to you as pretty as it left us. Email us at hello@sugarandchicboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) that is damaged, incorrect, or missing and we will be happy to assist you ASAP.

USPS includes insurance with most shipments. We will need a picture of the damaged item and box/mailer and explanation of the problem in order to process your claim. Once those pictures are provided, we will send out a replacement or issue any applicable refunds for your item as soon as possible.

*After 7 days from delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, incorrect or missing items. 

I Received A Package With No Sender Information. Can You Please Tell Me Who Sent It?

If you received a gift and do not know who sent it, we're happy to help. Please reach out to us at hello@sugarandchicboutique.com and provide the order information found on the slip in your box so that we can best assist you.

SHIPPING

How Are Your Items Shipped?

We ship orders using the United States Postal Service and UPS. This allows us to track/and or insure packages shipped for your protection. Shipping cannot be paid with a coupon code or gift card. These are separate charges incurred by the mail carrier (USPS/UPS) and cannot be discounted.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Due to restrictions we are experiencing with shipping carriers, we are NOT shipping internationally until further notice. We apologize for the inconvienence.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes Or APO, FPO, And DPO Addresses?

Yes, depending on the size of your order. At this time, USPS is the only carrier that can deliver to a PO Box or an APO, FPO, or DPO address due to governmental security reasons.

Where Is My Package?

If you have not received your package within the allotted time frame, we recommend waiting another 1-3 business days, especially around the Holidays. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still has not turned up, please contact your local post office or UPS location first, then reach out to us.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. It is the responsibility of the buyer to double check addresses when submitting orders. If your order is returned to us because of an insufficient address, a re-ship fee will be charged for another shipping label. 

Shipping is a service you purchase from UPS/USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. Please let us know if you need any assistance at hello@sugarandchicbouitque.com

It Says My Package Was Delivered But I Didn't Receive It. What Do I Do Now?

When your order is showing "Delivered" we unfortunately have no other way to confirm delivery. Your local post office or UPS location would be the best contact for you when they have indicated an item was delivered. Once your order has been packaged, submitted, and processed by USPS/UPS, we must follow their directives for delivery issues. Tracking information is issued for this purpose.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and utmost goal. However, due to the personal handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read item details before purchasing and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions before placing your order.
