CANDLE care

For the longest, safest burn, we recommend following these tips:

  • Trim your with to ¼’’ before lighting your candle
  • Burn candle so wax pool reaches the edge of the jar
  • Burn no more than 4 hours at a time, and never with less than ½’’ wax remaining
  • Keep candles away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, children and pets—and never leave a burning candle unattended.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped.  Please note that we cannot control Carrier transit times or unforeseen delays. .  

We ship orders using repurposed or biodegradable packaging materials.  This means that instead of disposing of boxes, plastic bubble wrap, air cushioning, and packing peanuts received in supply shipments, we reuse them when shipping out our orders – and any packaging materials we do purchase are plastic-free and biodegradable such as kraft padded envelopes, corrugated cardboard wrap, cardboard boxes, and biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts.

Please note that many of our products, especially our whipped scrubs, lotion bars, and lip balm are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures which packages can be subject to during shipping and transit...hot shipping trucks, warehouses, porches in direct sunlight, etc.  Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner and not be left outside in the sun or hot weather. Melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the products and In the event your items arrive melted, we recommend placing them in a refrigerator until firm and cool. Whipped scrubs can be whipped back up with a fork once cool.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and utmost goal. However, due to the personal handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
